Thanks SO MUCH, Toyota. Kristen is a ROCK STAR. I live on a disability income and Grubhub part time to supplement that. So, you can imagine my total panic when the hybrid engine system on my Prius went belly up 2 WEEKS AFTER I MADE THE FINAL PAYMENT ON IT. You can imagine my relief when I got the call from Kristen that it was being covered 100% by Toyota. I can't even express my gratitude. You saved my car, my **** and my Christmas.
