The worst service I have ever received in my life, I arrived at 10:30, it was 2 in the afternoon, time to pick up my son and the only thing they did to the truck was move the seat and the air conditioning, I made my appointment ahead of time, he told me. It would take from 1 hour to 1:30. It was the worst experience. I will never return to that establishment. I prefer to drive longer to go to another one that does things better than there is

Kristin Masson the service advisor she doesn’t know what she talking about. She tried to charge me $150 for checking my car even they didn’t do anything yet. She told me that I signed the paper for diagnostic fee but when I asked her to show the paper that I signed and then all of the sudden she told me that I gave her permission to check my car verbally. Yes, I gave her permission to check but she didn’t tell me that there’s a fee. She need to educate more. I am not happy for she treated me. Very bad customer service. So bad! I asked to gave a copy of what they have done to my car but she didn’t gave me. I have the right to know what was written in there. ????????????

I sat there for 3 hours with no communication at all from him for a simple Oil Change! When I inquired, he was no where to be found. Danielle helped me and then William appears to tell me that I needed a battery and that would be another 20 minutes! Then it was not on stock and now has to be ordered. The battery was the main thing I asked him about when I arrived at 9:15am He seemed a little nervous or jittery. I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks ago which was already paid for. This type of Customer Service is not acceptable.

It was understanding that the vehicle hood was removed in order to pull the entire engine out to fix the oil leaks. We’ll the inside of the hood, engine compartment was dirty and had oil stains. The front of the vehicle and driver’s door had oil stains as did the steering wheel and inside cabin. The front curtain air bags were removed and replaced to satisfy the recall. The oily hand prints on the interior of vehicle were very visible. Very poor job. I have had to spend extra time cleaning all this up. This was a brand new 2024 vehicle 7,200 miles ago. I am not happy with this Toyota product or repair service.
