William was great! Very helpful! I will be going back to him when it’s time for my next oil change!

Staffat the service desks all seemed stand off and rude, including Jason. On arrival he came off as irritated that he had a line of people he needed to help and acted as if I was trying to skip the line (and I wasn’t- the lady who checked me it told me to wait at his desk, I just didn’t see a line as I came in the door). So I asked for someone else to help me as lots of other people were at desks without customers. That guy also seemed rude and when I asked for an update about my car after a few hours they kept saying I had to talk to the Jason guy who I had already asked not so deal with. On his part, Jason did attempt to apologize, but it didn’t really improve everyone else just seeming like assholes as well.. Just overall bad experience at Gosch service department. Also, I think 2 and a half hours for tire rotation/basic maintenance is a little ridiculous considering I had an appointment. Oh and I told them I wanted t have a ding looked at or schedule it to bring in later and totally got ignored. And my brake pedal squeaks so I asked if they could look at that and the guy helping me said that it was probably normal… So, anyway, I don’t think anything will improve over at Gosch so I’ll just go back to taking my car to Temecula Valley Toyota for better service going forward

I was told the oil change and 15,000 mile service would last 2 hours. Since I live 35 minutes away I stayed. It took just over 4 hours to complete the service.
