The staff is courteous and the waiting area was very comfortable. The coffee and hot chocolate were great, my son enjoyed the kid area and I almost forgot I was in Toyota and felt like I was relaxing in Starbucks.

Service sucked... The rep was rude and disrespectful and spoke with a condescending tone over the phone. He said the total was wrong and would be less and corrected when we signed the paperwork and it would be fixed when I come to pick up car the next day and didn't mention the next day was his day off so he was not there. He lied. Not to mention he got the cost of repairs total wrong left a voicemail saying there was a mixed up and blamed it on the associate that helped me when I checkout and picked up my car instead of taking responsibility for his own actions. And they never called me when my car was finished I called. I will never step foot at this dealership again. I DO NOT Want MATT BOMBERGER TO CALL ME...... Poor customer service should not be rewarded with conversation. I don't get paid to leave work early to make it to dealership before closing to fix Toyota's mistakes.

Matthew Bomberger, who checked me in, was fantastic. He met a problem when the recall part that was supposed to be in wasn't there. I had been called to say it was and Matt had me hang on while he fixed the problem. The part was there and I left my car there to have the recall part installed. The next problem I had was with the shuttle. I had to wait about an hour to get home. But, if Matt hadn't been so professional and awesome, I would have left never to come back. He saved the day.
