Jessie was great but service took over 4 hours for a routine check and oil change. Came in at 8:15 and watched many people come in and leave. I was the last one in the service waiting room to leave.

I did not have a problem with Skyler, other than him trying to make me laugh by telling me about the Door Dash account they share, and unknown charges. But, a 3 hour wait turned into 4 with no heads up, and I was only having a reg service w/no repairs.

You know the service was great until the end, and it’s always the end of an experience that leaves a lasting impression. My wife loves her new RAV4 and personalized her keys with a keychain. The young man who was the valet for the car wash, handed me just the key to the car and walked away. I immediately asked him “where the rest of the keys?” He replied “what keys?”. I said “the key chain with my house keys that was attached to the car keys?”, he said as he turned a walked away “..they are in the cup holder..” no respect for personal property. If I knew that the keys needed to be separated before getting it serviced I would have done it myself. I felt that the customer service and respect ended when I left the showroom floor to go outside and wait for my car. Hopefully things will be different next time I need to get my car serviced.

It took three hours for oil change.
Before it took one hour and 30 minutes.
The charges were doubled than the last time I had the service. I don't think, I will be coming back for the services in your facility. I had to asked four times for update of the service. Not happy at all.

Just a couple of things. They didn’t do a car wash on my vehicle after the service. And, I told Tony the water didn’t spray on the front windshield. He said they fixed it, but it still didn’t work. And, I don’t want to go there and wait two hours again.
