Jazz was awesome. He was nice and easy to talk to. I don’t like to complain but the only complaint I have is the lady who showed me the rental car. I think her name is Christine. She was nice at the front desk, but when she gave me the car I feel as though she did not complete her job all the way. She just handed me the keyless entry as said, here ya go. I’m like ok I have never drove a car without a key so I had no idea how to start the car or what I have to do. She just simply told me that all you do is put your foot on the brake and press the button to start the car. I then asked her if there was anything else I needed to know and she said no. Well that was wrong. I went to start the car and then I realized the brake was on and I was looking around and I couldn’t figure out how to take it off. Mind you I have a 2011 Corolla. I saw this lever and pulled it and then the hood popped up! Wrong! Then I searched the floor and finally saw the brake you step on to take it off. It was just annoying that she couldn’t take 5 mins to help with a new car I have never drove before. That’s all I wanted. And it was raining.

Dexter was very accommodating and pleasant customer service representative. I used to get my car serviced at another location but I saw a difference in how Dexter handled the situation specially that I was in a Friday rush and was told on my first call that no more available slots for the day and no walk ins.
