The service advisor is very good and knowledgeable. My criticisms are regarding the condition of the furniture in the waiting area and delivery of the car at the end of service. The furniture in the waiting area is showing a lot of wear and grime-a lot of it looks disgusting. Secondly I know that the car washes were cut to save water. I think it would be a nice touch and a nice service for your customers if you would at least wash the vehicle windows before returning the car to the customer.
