In confirming appoint it was said please arrive early I did and I was mot acknowled until well after700 am my appointment time I went in and asked do I need to come in to check and the person said oh we will come to you. I was not looking for immediate but without single person present after 7 am I finished at 730 with person helping me.
When I came in to pay again I had to wait without being acknowledged. I had no one ahead of me. I could tell cashier was working on paperwork but she did not acknowledge me. A simple comment I’ll be right with you. Your business customer service.... lacking

Mike always notifies us prior to needed service and schedules each appointment for us. We live in Almaden Valley of San Jose. We have several Toyota dealerships closer than Piercey, HOWEVER we choose to take ALL our vehicles to Mike and Piercey. Mike always goes Above and Beyond to make our service experience GREAT!!!
