When I asked Mr Jason about the mixed results of my vehicle, which was given to me, instead of explaining to me politely, he put the prices against each one in the rudest way n before he send me off, there came another customer to collect her paper, he attended her with a smile and left me unattended. I left the place slowly n when I didnot find the keys in the car, I asked another associate, who searched the car for the keys and handed the keys with a smile. I didnot get his name but happy with his service but unhappy with Mr Jason.

It was just a simple nail in tire problem. Raymond Nunez wanted us to replace the tire which was still very good. We took it to Costco and had it repaired for$10.99! This tire was replaced by piercey Toyota and the repair should be free, but Raymond Nunez wasted our time and didn't do anything. We had to pick up the car and go to Costco to repair it! We didn't like the way he treated us and will never go back to piercey Toyota for service or car!
