Clint accurately described what I needed to have checked out on the service order sheet. The technician texted me a video that showed he had carefully checked for leaks as I had requested. He said in the video that my vehicle needed no service today. A while later Clint texted that my vehicle was finished and ready to be picked up. However when Clint called me he said there was an issue. Why was this issue not reported by the mechanic in the video and why did Clint text me that my vehicle was good to go? All of a sudden my vehicle failed on the under the hood criterion. At 35K and considering how this was handled I am skeptical. Please don’t try to sell me unnecessary services.

I was immediately greeted and assisted by my service advisor Jason. He checked me in and informed me of work detail for my vehicle. He offered us the courtesy vehicle to be shuttled to the mall so my family and I can have lunch. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner. I was beyond thrilled we were able to get in and out with no problem. We are so happy to be customers of Toyota dealership.
