Not satisfied at all since my last service and last experiences with Mr. Samual. He tried to convince me something totally unrelated to my Tire Inflation lights showing up even I visited Piercy toyota 3rd time for the same issue. After second visit I had to take help of Pacific Tire Outlet to let me know the actual issue. My tire inflation light was not related to air pressure at all. There is something wrong with the censor light itself but for that Pacific Tire Outlet had to inform me. Piercy Toyota making me visits back and forth after resetting the light, saying everything alright or my tire is old or some object in my tire blah blah blah and then pops up the alert light again next day or may be after 2 hours. I am having this issue since the time I did my last service at Piercy toyota in November. Since 2006 I never had "tire inflation" alert light issue. Mr. Samual also refused to call the Service Manager for me. Then I had to knock the service manager's door myself after asking the cashier desk, where is the service manager's room. At the same time when I was going to knock the door, I noticed Mr. Samual locked the door from inside and may be about to complain about me. But at the same time I knocked the door already and went to managers room for help. Hopefully this Thursday (2/8) finally Piercy Toyota will resolve my issue after visiting back and forth since my November service.

It’s unfortunate that I had to resort to speaking to manager but either parts were forgotten or not tightened. Just one of many instances I have had to go to that level. Ken got me in our though which is what I wanted. Just too many frustrating experiences with the dealership
