Miguel was not helpful, did not communicate well about the services to be performed and was overall rude and condescending. I will not be returning to this location to have my vehicle serviced in the future.

I brought my van due to recall I had received . Your representative had called me and did not disclose the outcome of my van recall but instead talking to me about other problem findings that no video had shown me for any leakage as he claim in the phone. This vehicle was inspected by other mechanic before it was brought to the dealerships. And when It was time to pick up the van I owe $37 dollars for which I don’t even know from what and why ? Recall is supposed to be no cost ! Why am I being charge for something that it was not disclose to me ? This person always do this to Toyota customer? Transparency and good communication makes good business. Taking advantage of people for revenue is a no no . You need to evaluate your employee.
