Yes, your sales staff, service staff and Toyota parts staff are great. I’m not trusting the mechanics yet as they really messed up my 2016 Toyota rotating the tires and not installing the hub caps correctly. They flew off on the freeway on the way home from the dealership. Someone should have been fired for being that lazy. I’m not convinced they know what they are doing. Perhaps too much sitting around or goofing around? You have the record so you know the mechanic that didn’t do his job. It almost caused a wreck and a loss of me as your customer.

Shuttle never arrived to pick me up after the work on my car was completed. I had to take Uber to bring me to the dealership to pick up my car. The service representative did not even bother to return my call.

I brought the rental car back at 7pm and was told by the cashier that the rental car representative left at 6:30. If you advertise that you are open until 7pm then you need to have someone there until 7pm. I was able to get my cat in the long run but was disappointed in the cashiers tone of voice and lack of understanding.
