Great service all around - from the time I checked in until my car was ready. I had no wait time throughout the process. Miguel had me checked in within 5 minutes and by the time I walked to the coffee station my driver was ready to give me a lift home. The driver was very friendly and familiar with the area so there was no trouble finding my home (impressive without GPS). I received a video report from the auto technician on my car diagnosis (really neat feature/service). When the car was done I received a text saying it was ready. It was great to be informed on the status of my car service. Great job Toyota!!
