I came at 11am and had my appointment at 11:30am I was promise that my service will take 2 hours. It was pass 1:15pm I called service what was taking so long. Todd later called me after 2pm that the service is ready. I ask Todd why it took so long and he said it’s cause it’s a Saturday. But he was nice

when I picked up my car, there was a notation that they WERE UNABLE TO CHECK THE BRAKE FLUID LEVEL BECAUSE MAINTENANCE RECORDS WERE UNAVAILABLE!. What the Flip does that mean? I had to get Clint and Marvin to talk to me since Kevin Bettencourt wasn't there. I didn't even see or hear from Hong, my usual service advisor. After how many years of buying and having our family toyotas serviced with Piercy, this has to be one of the low points. I had my brakes replaced last year. Didn't they replace the fluid then? Why should I have to pay $169 to have them flushed this year. I even told Hong over the past year that after getting them replaced, they still squeaked. Then Marvin told me that if the fluid was "varnish" or dirty color- then the pads would make noise. I spend over a thousand a year at your Service dept. Maybe I should just take it to a small service shop near my house. They couldn't do a "worse" job - grrrr so Mad. My sister and nephew were so disgusted with their experiences at Piercy, that they bought new Camry's at Sunnyvale Toyota. grrrr
