My service provider, Marvin, was excellent! He got me in straight away even though I did not have an appointment. He was sympathetic to my concern that the cars broken mirror be fixed as soon as possible for safety reasons. He was even able to apply a discount that was available. He made sure I had a ride home. He was very attentive and listen to all my concerns and acted in a very professional and pleasant manner. I am exceptionally pleased with his service and would recommend him and Piercy Toyota to others.
