I had a very hard sell experience and I regret that I was convinced to change my brake fluid during the exchange. I feel like I was conned into spending more money than needed.
After researching Toyota model recommendations this is not important unless there are issues and is a commonly suggested thing that isn't actually necessary but is pushed by dealers to increase income because it sounds important.
I'm disappointed and I would prefer a different attendant next time. I will try to make an appointment to get my regular guy next time.
Also the "throttle body cleaning" was pushed. But Is another common scam.

I was expecting my car to be completed on Wednesday, which I heard it was. But I never received a call from anyone to tell me that my car was ready for pick up. I waited until end of day until 6:30pm, then I called to check on the status. They told me the work on my car was done (around 3pm). To my surprise, no one notified me to come to pick it up. It’s an inconvenience especially because I had to arrange for someone to drop me off at your dealership which is a 30 minutes drive.

It’s the time of oil change of my Fj Cruiser again for 5,000 miles! I bought my car here at Piercey Toyota year 2012 since then I’ve come here for my car check ups. My car is well checked and get some recommendations after the service. For my 6years of my car service, Jason Martinez is the only one that care about my car, he give me suggestions and options whenever I have issues with my car. Today’s service I don’t hear nor see the care that I’ve always see from him about my car. Being a valued customer we want a consistency of service and I don’t see that to Jason today. He was in a rush and no extra time to talk about my car service today. But I will still come and have my my car service there.

This is the first time I have dealt with this facility and they am very satisfied. I’ve dealt with other local facilities for many years and I have been more than disappointed. Never received a call or text of the status and always had to call with no response.
This facility has been more than accommodating and my contact was very much in contact with the status of my vehicle to the point as to mention “we have not forgotten about you” text messages. Way more than what I received from my other local dealer.
