I was taken care of right away when I dropped off my truck. Todd was very courteous and efficient. The service was fast. I did not expect it to be done before mid morning. My truck was ready when I pick up and was clean. Todd also helped me schedule my next service appt. Overall experience is great!

I really appreciate the team going out of their way to keep my car an extra day to search for a problem i had reported (with a free rental). They could easily have done the base service and sent me home with a "we didn't find anything". This really struck me as caring about my best interest.

It was a joy working with Jason, he was very friendly, polite and professional. I arrived to the dealership 2 hours before my scheduled appointment so I called the service desk secretary and told here my situation and wanted to move my appointment up; she was somewhat rude and not helpful (she refused to move my appointment up, stating that "they don't do that, and I would have to reschedule to another day") so I was disappointed, but when I arrived Jason was quick to attend to my needs and took my vehicle in immediately... I was finished and on my way home about the time I would of had to wait for my original appointment beating the rush hour traffic I would have been caught up in. Thank you Jason for making sure I was well cared for... I will definitely be back for my Toyota care needs "Thanks to your customer service skills".

I just had my regular service at Toyota one week before. In less than a week I had engine issue. I expected courtesy of acknowledgment of not catching this issue earlier.
Secondly, I mentioned that I had 10% discount that I used last week. Can you give me same discount. Todd gave me smart answer of not considering this by saying this Toyota service center is different. Any way, different representative respected and considered 10% discount from website.
I don’t care about discount, I expect basis courtesy of treating customers well.
