Could not hear what the technician was saying in the video they provided. There was a very loud impact gun in the background so there was no way to make out what the tech was saying. The other issue was lack of report information on failed inspection items. Like why did tech want to do front end alignment? How far off was it? Another example is what triggered the fuel induction service? The only feedback said was that it was done because of mileage. If that is true, why was it not included upfront in the estimate?
