After my 1st 5,007 mi prepaid maintenance on Mar. 23, 2018, for my Aug. 2017 Highlander,there was a message that I still had a scheduled maintenance. So I returned to Piercy Toyota 2 hrs later and had that message deleted by a service staff. On Saturday, Mar. 31, 2018, appears on the screen a "STOP & Go" notification, etc. that I had not ever received on the screen before my prepaid maint. on Mar. 30, 2018. Altho Capitol
Toyota is much closer to me at The VILLAGE, I purchased my Highlander at Piercy, Milpitas, because Mr.Ken Johnson's staff gave such good service before when I had my SIENNA. I have been a TOYOTA vehicle purchaser for 20 yrs.
