When you puchase a service plan, one expects scheduled events like tire alignment to be included. I am now curious as to what this service plan includes.

This is not about the service advisor but about Piercey Toyota in general.
Non-standard, non-toyota recommended and irrelevant service items are suggested during regular service.
Whereas for an actual real concern, customer was advised a ~$170+ "diagnostic charge", this is without even taking a test drive.
"brake fluid exchange", "fuel induction service", "throttle body cleaning", "wheel alignment" were recommended (which I declined). None of these appear in the toyota maintenance manual and there is no good reason why Piercey Toyota should be asking customer to do these superfluous items.

Great customer service plus donuts. Yeah, donuts. I had never been to a dealership where two full boxes of donuts was free for customers. The timing of the maintenance was swift, so I’m glad it was a quick in and out for only hitting 3.5k miles on a new 4Runner. Overall, it was a good experience at Piercey Toyota today and will be back in six months.

The service was great and Miguel Lopez was great (courteous and polite). I am very happy with the service.
However, the woman outside who took care of the incoming cars (she did the greeting of customers and took care of assigning service reps) needs to try to put on a smile, be a little less intense, and make it look like she enjoys her job. I did not take note of her name but we arrived at around 1:30 PM on 3/28/2018 and she was a caucasian.
Again, Miguel and the service was fine. No problems at all. Thank you!
