We went to toyota to get the car vacuumed and the seats were not cleaned as met on our satisfactory level. Felt like the car was not touched at all , still a lot of dust when opening the car and it is noticeable. Car was no cleaned well. 2/10 unsatifiesed customer

Jason and the whole team were AMAZING! I came in for maintenance on the Friday before Easter weekend without an appt. Jason walked me thru the maintenance list & also listened to my sunroof issue. Got me the 800 # just in case it wasn’t an easy fix. He also called me when my car was ready AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! He also explained that he may be off by the time I came in to pick my car. After waiting two and a half hours for my car for simple 45,000 K service recommendation I returned home only to find out that my glove compartment wasn't closing correctly. Come to find out a plastic cover was blocking the glove compartment from closing correctly and upon further investigation another plastic cover near the feet of the passenger was loose and fell off I then had to figure out how to snap it back in place because I didn't want to return and have to wait an additional however long it takes for you guys to fix it
