The service advisor I was assigned to was eager to pushed additional "recommended" services without first checking on the car conditions. I had a potential battery problem, and without first ordering a battery test, he immediately wrote up the order to replace the battery. He also pushed two other "recommended" services based solely on mileage level not on the conditions of the parts. It's hard to trust this particular advisor.
