1) estimate for service was 330pm. I did not even get a call by 500pm. I went in by myself and asked the service clerk to check on my car. After picking up car I got a text and call. Totally useless system.
2) the VIP car wash was very poor. There was still remnants of bird droppings on my car. The floor mats were not vacuumed or cleaned. Interior was dusty and Inot cleaned. If I paid for this service I would demand a refund. Total waste of time.

first time use this dealer, fast and convenient. Provide driving me to / from nearby places. Only thing is call to reserve is hard, they typically booked in a few days. And ask you just drive before noon. Hope this helpful.

I was so surprised that there’s no clean up for the car when doing maintenance. And it looks like Toyota didn’t respect customer’s life safety for releasing a new car with Freon leakage to jeopardize customer’s life whille driving in desert area, and no compensation at all for the misfeasance.
I am really disappointed with the quality of Toyota’s car and the follow up service
