The waiting time for service is very good! I didnt actuallyget bored for waiting! I watch the toyota cam and thank you servicing my rav4! As i drive off piercey i kind notice when i step on the break that make a sounds and shake on my right front tire! I dont know what really is! But my guess is break pad. All do he mentioned on the video that is 7 mm and it was good as new i dont why it doing that! Only that is my concern they should take for a ride a little bit! Cause we never know if thats dangerous! The rest is good even do the lady on cashier doesnt smile its ok! I understand that due on long hours of work people sometimes get attitude!

I asked for a list of services for my car, now that the prepaid warrant has expired. I was told to look on the website. Horrible customer service. Miguel could have printed one out for me but I guess at 9 AM he was either too busy or most likely too lazy. Anyway when I got home I looked on the website and I could not find a list of services for my car. Coming from the Lexus dealership for my wife, I could tell already toyota lags big time in customer service. Now that I have to pay for service, I most likely won’t come here. I know Toyota is not Lexus or Audi but come one, print me out a piece of paper.
