I brought my 4Runner in for service of the timing belt at the suggestion of my Service Advisor Jasvir Singh. After picking it up alI noticed a clanking sound which was not previously there. I brought it back to try and resolve the cause of the noise. As it turned out the problem was the result of an error by the dealership. Jasvir was very responsive and professional to me and kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. I appreciate the dealership taking responsibility for the repairs and made them right at no expense to me.
