She asked me added $280 services by phone call.
She shouldn’t ask me that high price by phone, she have to ask face to face.
She didn’t use the word “hundred” then trying to mid leading customers.
Yes, I’m the one, I thought $28 added but it was $280.
My original service fee is $360, then total price show up $640, I totally surprised and I really angered but she only gave me the 10% discounts.
And I asked her, why you asked me this high price by phone this is really weird.
Her answer is, because this is my job, Toyota’s order.
No No No, HER JOB IS PROVIDES SERVICE WHICH MAKES HAPPIER TO HER CUSTOMERS. WE DONT NEED HER IF SHE CANT DO THAT.
AND TOYOTA HAVE TO EDUCATE THEM.
She just cheated and took my money today. Any that I feel and my experience today.
I will use Yelp or anything let everyone’s know what happened at Toyota Piercy today.
I’m always using Toyota Piercy but never happens again without your guys action.

Horrible service Everytime I go to have my car serviced. I bought a used vehicle from piercy Toyota and got extended warranty full 5 star coverage. I brought my car in and it was over a week when I was finally called to pick up my car because they were done fixing it. I didn't even make it off the lot before I noticed it was still not fixed. So I immediately brought it back, and still haven't had it fixed. All of a sudden the parts that were already approved to be fixed with my coverage are now not approved. Everybodies stories kept switching up and obviously people were lying about whatever. Real unprofessional. If the warranty is offered and I paid for it why is it not being honored. I paid my deductible after my car being worked on for a week just to pick it up and find that it still was not fixed. So what did I just pay for?????
