Jazz was great. He makes the process extremely straightforward and easy. He was also sensitive to the fact that I needed to leave at a certain time, made sure that that deadline was met, and kept me updated throughout. It is much appreciated.

Miguel did a great job, but I don't understand how you guys don't offer a complimentary car wash when Capitol Toyota does. I am hearing the reasoning is because of the drought? I didn't realize we were still in a drought since every other dealership I've gone to on my other vehicles gave me a complimentary wash. You guys are just penny pinching the customer now with a lame excuse.

I’ve been a loyal customer with my 4Runner , Camry and mother in laws van. I needed my tire repaired. That didn’t happen. No consideration from Toyota. Then I was told it was out of warranty. I’ve taken my vehicle many times and had brought it to the attention of service department. Now I’m being told that this was not brought to the attention of Toyota reps. Even though my tires were rotated and the low air light was on. before that I took my Camry to fremont and they said they leaked checked it. Come to find out they just did a visual check. If they would have really leaked checked I wouldn’t have the issue with my tire now! I don’t believe I’m buying a Toyota anymore. I used to think they were the best.
