I ended up with paying $170 for diagnosis, and no issue with the car was identified. If it was known ahead that glitch is a common cause for engine light on, there should be a cheaper way to provide a phased diagnosis.

After issues with I ordered a new key fob for my highlander in May, never notified of its arrival to Piercey Toyota, I called in a week ago 2 and a half months later to check the status. Parts told me it had come in but couldn’t find it. Parts told me that my service mgr. would call, but never did. Had to call this past week again, explaining the issue, parts said they would have to look for key and finally received a return call the same day by parts, which I very much appreciated. Marvin followed through and I have my key. He was very cordial and took care of the issue.
