Raymond helped us today and want to let you know the following;
He was very professional, courteous, patient and took time to answer our questions to our concerns. He even simplified and showed us using pictures of the maintenance required for our 2016 Prius. This helped greatly to alleviate our worries and ease our anxiety As this particular repair is out of our maintenance agreement.
Raymond, even went out of his way to arrange a car rental while the repairs are completed so as not to interfere With our very busy lives. We give him “kudos”, much appreciated.
He made certain we were introduced to his manager, I will be taking care of us because tomorrow (Thursdsy), will be his day off. He sure is great customer service.
It’s true ‘Everybody Loves Raymond ‘ in our household!!! He made our day!
