I was really satisfied with piercey Toyota being able to taking my car without an appointment and to return it to me within a few hours. I was also very satisfied with the work done to it which was required. I was very impressed and satisfied with my technician especially sending me the video and giving me recommendations on what further needs to be done with the car.
I was upset that no one gave me a phone call or a text message back about my questions and desires to have these recommendations done before I picked up my car. I would have really appreciated it if someone would have contacted me personally either through a phone call or text to talk to me about these recommendations further and to give have given me a price check and schedule 20 could have been done before I pick up the car. Especially after I found out that today there was a sale on those services. I just wish that somebody would have gotten back to me or that the communications could have been better.

I wanted an oil change because it may have been 8000 miles since last service.

I dropped my Prius at about 11:15am today. Clint informed me that the car would be ready in approximately 2 hours and the people who were waiting at the service center would be given first preference. When I call 1.5 hours later at 12:45pm to request to be picked up, he said the car has not even been looked at by the service technician. He was very rude over the phone. I told him I don't mind being picked up early and waiting at the service center to which he said there was no guarantee it would be ready by the time I got there. I believe he could have handled the call more courteously and professionally

This is the first time I’ve had this experience. The rep was rude. I brought my car in for an alignment because it was veering to the right. After 2 hours I was advised that there was nothing wrong. He asked me why I bring my car in so many times for an alignment. He said that with the alignment package I should only Bring it in once a year and that it’s normal for a car to veer to the right. He said whoever sold the alignment package to me didn’t explain that it should only be used once a year. He said I wasted 2 hours of time by coming in. I told him I will come in whenever I want! My usual rep didn’t work this day. Next time i will make sure that I get my professional rep that I always use. I don’t want to get a follow up call from Toyota. The guy was rude and I would prefer not to hear from him.
