Was difficult to contact advice rep. Left several recorded messages and texts for a couple hours with no response. I know it was a busy day but my texts kept bouncing back and I could not get a live person to answer the phone for a couple hours and I had an issue to resolve with a service contract before the end if the day. Clint did not seem very helpful when I her finally responded. The upshot is that I felt the advice rep was not available or very approachable. I have had other excellent advisors in the past. Clint was not one of them.
