Great service but no proof that the throttle body service was actually done on the car. There is no improvement whatsoever in idling. I give benefit of doubt at the moment but will be really disappointed if it is not actually done and I am charged the money. There are no finger or any marks in the interior of the engine as well. So, really doubt this service was ever done.

I went to toyota for a recall request. The estimated finished time is 2:30pm but I didn’t get any notice when it’s done. I waited til 3:15pm and texted, then I got the message right away saying my car is ready. The driver called me and said he will pick me up at great mall right away, so I went at the entrance where he dropped me off earlier and waited. After 15 mins, toyota shuttle came, but the driver told me that he wasn’t the one to call me, he asked me to wait for another driver. So I waited for another 20 mins, but no shuttle came. I called toyota again and asked what time the driver would come, then I was told the driver is on the way to pick me up. After 20 mins, the same driver came (the one told me to wait for another driver). It only takes less than 6 minutes driving time between toyota and great mall, I am not sure why it took me about an hour to get the ride back?
I have been doing maintainese service at piercy toyota for years but this time is the most unpleasant experience for me.
