Had to wait 20 minutes even though I had an appointment at 8.30.
After that at the rental counter waited for 30 minutes to get the rental car. No updates on what was happening. Local of interest at the person at the rental counter. Very bad experience

Walter was great. But when I picked up the car no one explained anything that was done. When I was done with the cash register the receptionist said my car was outside. No one was there and I just walked to my car and left.
