Everything went great, car was ready earlier than I expected, and Jazz found out I already had an update I thought I needed. Great service!

I was quoted a specific price and made clear all my details. I worked with Charlie Wilson and Dexter calls me the following day with a figure twice as much. Pretends to do me a favor by reducing his quote and than tells me he will contact Charlie, after two hours I have to call back and Dexter does not me nor my issue nor did he contact Charlie.
The unprofessional was very upsetting and his poor attempt at trying to increase the cost of a very specific task that was quoted by two dealerships.
Lying is not appreciated.
