Jason was fantastic! He's the reason why I come back to Piercey. From the time he greeted me, Jason was very transparent about the breakdown of the costs. He was also very considerate of my wait time and arranged for accommodations for a non-appointment like me. My lights came on just yesterday so I wanted to come in right way to have it taken care of, and Jason did just that. Also, he provided me updates on the car so I knew the status all the time. Jason deserved the best customer service award! I think everyone may dread the experience of something alerting them that something is wrong with their car, but Jason does the above and beyond job that makes me happy to come get my car fixed.
