Miguel Lopez was great. But I got a call from the rental car people early in the morning before I was ever notified that my car was ready for pick-up. They asked when I would be returning the car and said that they needed it back as soon as possible. They also said that my car had been ready since the night before. The whole incident was confusing and quite frankly a little unprofessional. As for Miguel, he was always pleasant and helpful even though he was supposed to be having a day off. He continued to follow through on my job.

When are you going to return to the complimentary car washes with service? You indicated that was temporarily suspended due to the drought. The drought has ended now! That was the main reason I have continued to have service done at Piercey although it is more expensive than elsewhere. Please let me know if that will return now with 2019.
