As always, Miguel demonstrates excellent customer service. He understands how valuable time is, so he ensures you’re being serviced in a timely manner from the time you schedule the appointment to having the car done before the promised time. He is proactive in processing the paperwork ahead of time, so there’s very little/no time wait after checking in for your appointment.
I have the option to go back to my regular mechanic now that my care package has expired, but it’s the stellar customer service I’ve been experiencing with Miguel that has me returning. Customer experience is more important to me than saving some money from not going to the dealership for service, so keep up the good work with your service managers.
