Marvin did a good job of making me feel like I was part of the Piercy Toyota family! Made me smile and helped me trust that my car was in good hands! Only issue was that I had to search for my car? I was rushed to get to work and my car was on the side of the building. There was nobody to help me until I flashed down a nice bearded gentleman to help me make sure I could take my car! I am now worried about the security in the lot! Anyone could hop into a car and just go! That is not an easy feeling! Maybe AAA might do a better job of keeping my car safe? Not sure w
