Diana and parts manager Brian apprently doesnt know about TOYOTA and its cars, i brought in my CHR thinking they would know about my car problem and they had the nerve to say both “I didn’t know this car had lights under the side mirrors” I myself was shocked and annoyed how the fact they both didnt know it had lights under the side mirrors. I will be sending an email regarding this situation to corporate on having Toyota Milpitas be properly eduacted especially services and parts advisors on the ins and outs of Toyota cars.
