The initial discussion and assessment of the service to my truck were very good. Dexter wanted to keep the truck overnight to test the transmission slippage when the truck was cold - we agreed - and we agreed he would call first thing Friday morning.
9 AM, no call. I called from 9 AM to 10 AM - several voicemail. Finally, was transferred to another service representative who said he would pass the message along.
Dexter called, wanted to know what I wanted. Dexter had not spoken with the technician and said he would call me back...
This is unacceptable communication and communication!
