I don’t understand why appointments is needed if I have to wait 6 hrs for oil, change, tire rotations and wheel alignment. I love your service regardless.

I am okay with Chris. I just wanted to know why the car's brake now needs to be depressed further for the vehicle to decelerate. I used to only lightly step on the brake pad and deceleration is noticed right away. After the service, I noticed I needed to step harder on the brake pedal and it feels as if the car is not going to stop...any suggestions?
