Phil Kudelka and Justin Saephan was exemplary at their communication and interaction with me and my family. My appointment was at 10:30 am got there a little early but was amazed by the line in the service center. It even went out to the main street. I didnt get checked in until almost 11:30sh but this is not a negative comment to the people who helpded me directly.

I had the battery replaced for my Lexus 330 at Piercey Toyota 4 years ago and the battery has worn out already but the warranty was 7 years. The advisor told me that there is no warranty for Lexus. I had to challenge the advisor that it was not stated in the invoice that warranty was excluded for Lexus. Finally, he gave me a small discount to replace a brand new battery. When I paid for the service at the end of the day, I was checking the bill to ensure the discount was given. I asked the cashier and she was not helpful at all. She didn't point to me where the discount was. She didn't want to answer my question. Her attitude was terrible! She doesn't have the quality to be a cashier!

No one to greet you ehen you arrive, you go to the office then they tell ypu to wait in the car, is there a sign that i missed??
3 hr for an oil change?
I can see the car parked outside after the first 45 min (i had already received the tech video) 45 min later i could still see it in the same place (i waited because i thought it was going to be washed like at other dealers)
I could have been in n out in 45 min, instead if i don’t go and ask for my car i could have been there 3 hr.
Room for improvement, luckily this was my first and last at Piercey.

Services reccommended were not in the maintenance log for Toyota Prius only thing reccommended was spark plugs in maintenance log. Toyota team reccommended transmission flush and several more flushes. They also reccommended a brake flush and after $1,550 in repairs I noticed BRAKES were at Dayton level: a flush was reccommended but NOT A BRAKE CHANGE
