Phil was great. Service was done on time as promised.
The only other comment I have is about your phone support. Since I moved the appointment I did not get an email reminder so I called in the morning to check on the time. A message came on saying you were very busy and would be a short time to get in contact with someone. When they answered the phone I was asked if this was to set up a new appointment. I said no I need to check on the appointment time. I was asked again if this was to set up a new appointment and they hung up. I’m very happy with your service and I understand your people were busy but that kind of response could get you some negative feedback.
