I sent my car for oil service invoice number 1138983 and unpaid at 5:20 before you guys closed and anybody brought my car out, I went to ask for my car and they said was close, I asked to the sales manager and he went with me to try to find my car, I got my car at 5:50 pm no body said anything about my car for 30 min.

You were unable to reproduce a simple dashboard trouble light. You said it didn't come on with 6 miles of highway driving. It came on as soon as I got on 880.
Please don't adjust the seat, radio, or mirrors for cars in for servicing!
It would be lovely if you provided car wash coupons for serviced cars.

Advisor was totally rude and kept cutting me off as I try to speak, ask or explain anything.
My car was not even ready even though I went to pick up after about an half an hour after I received a call/text.
Better customer service could have been provided.
