We brought the car in to have the gauges looked at because on nov 20 after we picked up the car we smelled wires burning. So today we dropped for diagnostic and picked up car because they said all is good . I told Clint the service provider that we have a concern his famous line “ we didn’t work on that so it’s fine “ we said every time we bring it we feel after a week we have to bring it in again can he make sure this doesn’t happen again. “ what we worked on last time was this “ we said ok pick up car on my way home I was was checking the gauges and noticed it was not turning I kept trying to turn it finally it turned with a sound of a screw called I got concerned called and spoke to Clint he said bring it in waited 3 hours and left with the same screw rattling sound when you turn the gauges we wi. probably choose another repair place next time . My whole day was wasted going back and forth and your service providers don’t care and act like they know what they are talking about

Phil is an excellent service advisor. As a woman who does not know much about cars but can decipher a noise that isn’t usual, Phil always assures me PT will figure out the issue and let me know what it will take to fix it. He also brings to my attention other issues discovered but I never feel pressured to fix everything although I usually do. I am happy he has been with PT for some time now so I have a familiar person to deal with. Overall very satisfied with everyone I deal with at PT including the shuttle drivers.
