Took it to my independent mechanic.
He put two screws in door where it closes.

I was expecting a car wash as all other Toyota delarship do when their service the car but I was surprise and very upset when I received my car the same way I left for servicing. When I ask the service team about it their told Piercey Toyota stop washing the servicing cars since 3 years.
The other major issue is, I got a brand new car 4 months ago from piercy Toyota and the audio system was not working according to the manual I received with the car. I was not able to connect my USB to the system, Moreover I was not able to connect any Entune apps to the audio system except Bluetooth. Before leaving the car I told them clearly that the audio system is malfunctioning so there told there willl update the Audio system with the latest upgraded software. After picking the car I notice the issue is not resolved and Now I even lost the ability to connect through Bluetooth after the servicing. The service guy tried a bit to help and figure it out but he was not able to resolve this issue instead of replacing or fixing the audio system he told me to go and talk to the sales person who sold the car to you.
Am very upset with this kind of service from Toyota delarship. I hope at least the sales person will help me out tomorrow it’s very hard to visit the delarship again and again leaving the work behind. I would really appreciate if any of the senior managers look into this and help me to resolve this issue.
