The lady that helped us was very unkind.We asked questions but did’nt get them answered.She did not even explain what happened and was not willing to guide us properly.We got our car late.

He needs to listen more than talk. Provide options to investigate first than trying to provide answers to technical questions at the counter without checking with the experts first! I left from the dealer frustrated!!
