As always Walter took care my Truck...I brought my truck 3 times because the truck kept on losing power/acceleration. He and Dinh (service Tech) advises me repeatedly not to worry and they will find the problem ASAP. Walter provided me with rental car so I can go to work 3 separate times at no charge. Dinh was excellent and found the problem and I was able to get my truck the next day. Walter and Dinh are Professional and Courteous. They are truly a value to Piercey Toyota! Regards, Ben M
