I appreciate that Reza was fast and efficient but he was also a little rude. I came to get my car serviced due to a recall and brought the letter I received with me. Reza said he didn't need it. So briefly set down my folded letter on the counter, with my keys on top, so I could open my backpack to put it away and he rudely said "again, I don't need that". I really didn't appreciate his response. It was obvious I wasn't handing him the letter. It was as if he was already annoyed with something that happened earlier in the day.
Although this may seem small, this interaction really left a bad impression for me because it was almost belittling.
Aside from Reza, everyone else I interacted with was pleasant. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I appreciate that you are trying to improve your customer satisfaction.
